This is the Department of Posts’ highest honour for overall excellence and performance given at the national level.

This revolutionary training program has been carefully designed by the Department of Posts for all Departmental workers working in various sectors as well as for GDS, consisting of 28 modules. These modules, which were specially created with the iGOT Karmayogi program’s WTDET (Watch, Think, Do, Explore, Test) model in mind, include a variety of video materials, an explorer for more references, software flows, tests and quizzes, and more.The goal of this programme is to ensure that Gramin Dak Sevaks become Gramin Dak Karmayogi Portal by providing them with substantial learning opportunities and real capacity building.
This website was developed as “In-House” in line with the Prime Minister’s “Mission Karmayogi” vision, which seeks to increase the effectiveness of bureaucracy via “Minimum Government” and “Maximum Governance.”
The Portal will assist in improving the capacity of trainers to provide a range of G2C (Government to Citizen) services and boost customer satisfaction by giving them access to uniform, standardized training materials online or in a hybrid learning environment.

- Proceed to the Certificates Section and choose the choice for a training certificate.
- After that, your certificate will appear on the screen.

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said at the opening ceremony that worries regarding the postal department’s future and sustainability have been voiced over the last ten to fifteen years due to the expansion of digital and email services.
